Who We Are
SGC Legal was set up in the year 2015 by Adv. Gurleen Kaur Chauhan and Adv. Sahil Gupta at Hauz Khas, New Delhi, India. Both our Managing Partners are leading this law firm from a very young age. They come from ancestral business backgrounds and are first generation lawyers, however their passion and commitment towards law as a career choice has been exemplary. They have since then, established an excellent reputation for their integrity and value-based proactive, and innovative legal advice and their ability to help their clients effectively through the complicated legal and regulatory regime in India.
They are modern and inclusive in their approach and outlook, and have a solution oriented approach. They strongly recommend always the right choice to their clients, which may sometimes even be not entering the legal battles considering it not a wise choice for their potential clients.
